Job Description:
Welcoming and checking in patients and their owners.
Updating and maintaining accurate records and owner information as needed.
Assisting in scheduling appointments to ensure our patients receive timely care.
Processing payment transactions to keep things running seamlessly.
Properly Prepare Prescriptions Confirm appointments in advance, ensuring clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas Perform other administrative tasks as needed At least one year of practicing in a veterinary clinic is preferred.
