The target is to ensure excellent medical standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries and maintain high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities Work with our doctors and team to provide compassionate care to all clients and pets Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage clients Perform diagnostic imaging such as x-rays Skill At least 6 months of prior experience as a Veterinary Assistant Lab, medical records and SOAP knowledge Knowledge of basic canine and feline vaccinations and vital signs Ability to read and interpret fecal, ear and urine cytology Experience with anesthesia monitoring and recovery Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong verbal and written communication skills Job Type:
