Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Charlotte, NC metro area.

Position
Summary:
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
This includes data entry; management of the Multiple Listing Services; communication with the Sales Agents regarding available homes and management of the closing process for sold homes.
What You'll Do:

Sales Contract administration to include contract review and balancing between contract and SMART (proprietary software) system, exhibits, and selections.
Receive and process all Good Faith Deposits for Sales Contracts.
Ensure Agent information is accurately reflected in SMART.
Assist agents with processing cancellations, change orders, etc.
Create and maintain House Files.
Assist with organizing and hosting sales meetings.
Track Sales Agent license status, renewals and Board membership.
Coordinate scheduling of Agent time off requests.
Maintain calendar.
Manage office supply order process.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Experience:
Real Estate Listing Management and/or Closing Coordination experience Homebuilding industry experience helpful Computer Skills:
